Quectel 4G Module (EC25)

EC25 is one of Quectel module which is part of LTE Cat 4 module series optimized specially for M2M and IoT applications. The data rates for these modules are 150Mbps downlink and 50Mbps uplink. EC25 is compatible with Quectel multi-mode LTE Standard EC21/EC20 R2.0/EC20 R2.1/EG25-G modules and UMTS/HSPA+ UC20/UC200T modules.

SIMCOM 4G Module (SIM7100E)

SIMCom’s SIM7100E is based on Qualcomm MDM9215 multiple mode LTE platform. SIM7100E has multi-band capability and supports TDD-LTE/FDD-LTE/WCDMA/GSM/GNSS SMT . It has application core:Cortex™ A5(550MHz) and three QDSP6 cores (Up to 500Mhz). Also it supports rich interfaces including UART, USB2.0, SPI, I2C,Keypad  & PCM, etc.  The support application includes capability to integrate TCP/UDP/FTP/FTPS/HTTP/HTTPS/SMTP/POP3 and MMS.
